Hello O2 Team,

urgent Matter here: My 2 Multisimcard are not functioning as i have just tried to insert them today. I purchase the phone last April 1,2025 and they said everything was okay. In addition my previous contract is up to May 3,2025 only. So we badly needed this tommorow. The iphone has the e.sim and functioning well, but the other 2 sim cards has no signal and cannot call other numbers and we put it on to the other two phones. Please kindly informed the solution asap. Thanks

You activate the two multicards directly in the customer portal.

have you purchased the SIM-Cards in a Shop? We do see the order for the SIM-Cards, but they’ll need to be activated. If you do have that option in Mein o2 , as mentioned by Bumer, please return to the Shop in order to activate the cards or order new ones. The process in the shop also includes a sms-code, so you’ll need to bring your phone along.

Thank you for the fast response. All sim cards were ordered on the same day of the contract for new device. Does it mean do i need to go to the branch on Monday to activate it?or will it be possible using /or creating account on O2 Business Easy Access to configure the 2 sim?

the former, I’m afraid. The Business easy access runs on a different stack which is not connected to the privat customer o2 stack. 
The shop should be able to review the order and to execute the activation or, as an alternative, cancel the old and create a new Multicard order.

Because before i left the shop they told me they already activitated the sim cards cause they check the number of the karte and waited then received sms for activation. If ever the 2 sim card not working and need to change another set of sims ,does it have additional cost?

the activation of each SIM costs 39,99 € with a montly price of 4,99 € per card.
Since no card as been activated, none of these costs have been billed.

So you can see in my account that the 2 sims was not activated yet. Then i will visit the shop on Monday to fix things and inform them as well that i consulted you regarding this case. Thank you very much for the prompt response and highly appreciated.

Going back in my contract it was stated that multisim card is only 5Euro extra per month up to 5 sims and i also paid AP of 39.99. So i think it will not cost me extra since that was stated in the Vorschlag that i have availed.

I was there yesterday and the second sim card was already activitated but the 3rd sim was not because she told me i will add 9.98 euro per month instead of 4.99 for that i have only the second sim card activated, but i still have the 4rd sim..by the way the Main sim is e.sim. At the start before i sign the contract i ask if i can have 3 sim cards and only 4.99 additional per month..

they activated the third SIM and added a discount on your contract. So you will just have to pay for one Multicard.

I dont think the 3rd sim was activated with the last sim with last digit 5149. The first sim in photo is the esim the second (172) is the second sim. That is why in O2 app only 2 devices seen. Photo is also attached for the 3rd sim on the other phone without signal etc. I wi

the third SIM has not been activated then. As you have received it in the shop, neither our customer support nor we can activate it.

If you don't want to go there again, you can also order an additional SIM card online: Multicard bestellen.
